$200 stipend for income-eligible residents who obtain their GED. Part of stipend can be used to assist with testing costs.

Tuition Grant
Matching grant for 50% up to $1,000 for income-eligible Zone residents and dislocated workers toward tuition, books and fees at an accredited state institution.
